MEET THE FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Alisa Pollard Seymore
A rising non-profit leader, professional speaker, and consultant Alisa Seymore is a woman who lives a life of passion and purpose. Alisa’s mission as a powerful speaker, coach, and human being is simple: Help women and girls find purpose and prosperity living out what they were called to do. The everyday Diva is a well-known expert on building no-nonsense strategies around birthing big dreams. Coupled with a passion to inspire and motivate girls and women, she realized they needed someone to champion their causes. Alisa’s fierce desire to create better experiences for females of all ages served as the catalyst for what is known today as Divastylez Girlfriends Sisterhood Inc., AND Princess & Company Inc., two growing non-profit organizations designed to educate, empower and enrich young girls and women.
A passionate speaker, certified Etiquette, and Life Coach, Alisa infuses audiences with possibility as she shares with excited inflection and lights up crowds with her bold, funny, tell-it-like-it-is testimony on how she channeled faith to become a thriving entrepreneur and purpose-driven woman. She’s delivered inspiring messages at women’s conferences and a host of middle and high schools.
Alisa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989 from the University of Florida. She began her extensive career in social services at “daniel” Inc., in Jacksonville, FL., where she was employed from 1989-2000. While employed there, her expertise and dedication propelled her to several positions from Case Manager to Program Director for a Homeless Teen Mothers Program to Assessment Center Manager for the Early Delinquency Intervention Program (EDIP).
Alisa has expertise in the areas of, but not limited to, case management, developing and implementing successful programs for at-risk youth, conducting focus groups, program facilitation, and building strategic partnerships. Upon leaving “daniel” in 2001, Alisa began her life as an entrepreneur, opening her own consulting firm, TSC & Associates Inc. Alisa and her staff conduct needs assessments, develop treatment plans and training protocols, create and manage budgets, in addition to many other services. She has been married to her husband Marichal for over 27 years and they have 4 children and 3 grandchildren.

All staff undergo a criminal background check and participate in training that further their skills in group management, program design/delivery, and their knowledge of child development. All program staff is trained in CPR, First Aid, and Universal Precautions in addition to other training.
